He has given a series of lame excuses for the delay, but it appears that Johnson is particularly scared of her promise to be the critical last vote needed to force the release of the Epstein files. But frankly, we don't give a damn why he keeps delaying -- she won, and he needs to swear her in NOW, otherwise elections will become pointless.
