It has been over a week since Scott challenged Elaine Luria to multiple debates.
Scott said: “It is imperative that our community hears about the views held and legislation proposed by each of the candidates running to represent our district – directly from the source."
"Our community deserves to be informed and to receive direct and transparent responses from us. I challenge Elaine Luria to engage in at least 3 debates. All 3 debates should be televised and should be throughout the district: one on the Eastern Shore, one on the Southside, and one on the Peninsula.”
And what has Elaine's response been? Unsurprisingly, she is silent. She has responded to Scott without acknowledging the invitation to participate in debates.
