President Trump is on the verge of eliminating all foreign affairs spending related to abortion and diversity, equity, and inclusion. This is an exponential expansion of what used to be called the Mexico City Policy. This is an earthquake. Rebecca Oas, Ph.D. reports [[link removed]].
