The 2025 high stakes Pennsylvania Supreme Court election is escalating out of control and the stakes couldn’t be higher. If MAGA seizes this court they become the arbiter of all elections in PA— they win, we lose this key swing state in 2026 and 2028

In September the GOP launched a devastating surprise attack that changed the calculus of this race. Over just a few days they dumped millions into PA rapidly seizing the lead and putting Democrats on their backfoot. 

In response, Defend our Courts, the organization helping to lead the defense of the PA Supreme Court, sent out a desperate call to the Democratic movement warning that if these calls went unheeded we would lose this court.

An avalanche of Democratic support is now flooding into Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania’s Democratic Governor Josh Shapiro released a blockbuster ad yesterday, the DNC and DLCC are both pledging six figure spends, and the ACLU just injected 500k to support Democrats in the race.

We are still losing in the polls and an uphill fight for Democrats awaits but we have finally made a breakthrough and we need to throw everything into this race.
