TDI issues FAQ on FAIR Plan assessment and recoupment

The Texas Department of Insurance has issued a bulletin on FAIR Plan assessment and recoupment. The FAIR Plan has assessed participating insurers for its 2024 deficit following the commissioner’s letter concurring with the FAIR Plan’s request. The bulletin answers questions related to the assessment and recoupment.
