Last weekend, we convened close to 70 organizers from across the South and beyond for our regional training in Memphis, in collaboration with Memphis Communities Against Pollution (MCAP)!
Over the three-day training:
- We hosted a series of political education and capacity building workshops to strengthen our analysis of the role of Big Tech and data centers in the South and nationwide.
- Participants sharpened their skills in messaging to build meaningful networks of collaboration and fight against the Tech Broligarchy.
- KeShaun Pearson (Director of MCAP) led a tour through the xAI data center, the Boxtown community, and other meaningful sites in the fight against data centers.
- Comrades marched in a protest against data center expansion in Memphis, organized by Tigers Against Pollution.
