If you use our email tools, you should know that Yahoo has recently updated their inboxes in a way that may effect your program. They made a major change to their inbox storage limits, changing it from 2 TB to just 20 GB. This is a pretty large cut, and due to this we are seeing a large number of bounces due to inboxes simply being full.

If you’ve noticed more bounces from Yahoo email addresses, don't worry. This doesn’t mean anything is wrong with your email program, it’s only to do with Yahoo’s changes. If you’d like to learn more about it, you can check out this article.

For those who do a lot of managing of lists and other data, something that's good to know is that you can bulk delete records yourself, with no need to wait on our Support team. Many bulk deletions can be started directly from the My List page, or from a report. Keep in mind, bulk deleting is something that can be done from many different reports, but not from all of them.

If you’re not sure if you have the user permissions to initiate a bulk delete, reaching out to your admin is usually the fastest way to get it done. They will be able to do it for you, or they can give you access. To learn more, you can check out these two Help Center Articles:

The Email Address Status Report is a great report to keep in mind for those that use our digital tools for email sending. A lot of folks skip over it, since it doesn’t list contact name, but it’s a handy tool for managing your email lists.

With the Email Address Status Report, you can easily unsubscribe emails in bulk when you need to clean up your lists, and its an easy way to see how many contacts have subscribed to your email program. Something to keep in mind though, it is NOT possible to use this list to resubscribe emails. If you’d like to learn more about that process, you can check out this Help Center Article:
