Judicial Watch
Dear Judicial Watch Member,

Yesterday, Judicial Watch presented oral arguments before the Supreme Court of the United States in our historic Election Integrity case.

We argued on behalf of our client Rep. Mike Bost that candidates have a right to challenge election rules like in Illinois, where ballots received up to 14 days after Election Day can be counted.

The justices expressed many concerns about denying candidates the right to challenge election laws and the Supreme Court seems primed to rule in our favor.

While we won’t know the outcome until opinions are issued, I want to sincerely THANK YOU for helping us get this far.

By loyally following our cases, sharing our wins with your friends and family, and staying engaged as a patriotic American citizen, you are part of making this righteous effort for honest elections possible.

Arguing before the Supreme Court is not just a legal milestone for Judicial Watch. It is a powerful reminder of what an army of supporters can achieve together.

Yes, bringing a case to this level requires tireless research from my team. Yes, it also requires expert legal argument from our lawyers.

But undergirding us…are citizens like YOU. Getting a case to the Supreme Court requires loyal Americans like you who have helped make Judicial Watch America’s impactful public interest law firm. Citizens who believe, as we do, that honest elections are the cornerstone of a free Republic.

So today, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Thank you for standing beside Judicial Watch to fight for Election Integrity on behalf of you and all American voters.

While the justices deliberate, know this: no matter what the outcome, we will never stop fighting for fair elections.

Because this is only the beginning.

Coming off our defeat of Mississippi’s law that also “extended” Election Day by 5 days earlier this year (with your support), and with a full caseload of other Election Integrity litigation in action or on the docket (such fighting California’s similar late-ballot-counting policy), Judicial Watch is working to the fullest to put the Left and the Deep State on the run and restore faith and confidence to our electoral process.

It will be a hard fight. But right now, let’s celebrate yesterday’s milestone.

Yesterday, you brought the voice of honest citizens to the United States Supreme Court. This is a rare and potentially impactful opportunity to set a precedent in the highest court in the land to protect our elections by making them harder to steal.

I am honored by your trust and commitment to our mutual cause. We are YOUR Judicial Watch.

Together, let’s keep breaking new ground for clean elections and the rule of law.

With deep appreciation,

Thomas Fitton

President
