Last week, we celebrated 21 years of NeW with an exclusive reception at Sonoma Restaurant and Wine Bar in Washington, DC. At this event, Karin Lips, founder and president of New, presented podcaster Alex Clark with the 2025 Empowered Woman of the Year award.

This annual award is given to a principled leader who advocates for conservative principles and inspires the next generation of conservative women.

At NeW, our mission is to equip the next generation of female leaders. One way we do this is through personalized career support to our paid student and young professional members.

Benefits include one-one-one career consultation and resume reviews with a NeW staff member. Ready to join our community? Sign up today!

We are pleased to announce that The Conservative Womans Guide podcast is back with all new episodes, featuring:

Megan Alexander, TV host, actress, producer, and author

Mehek Cooke, Founder and President of American Frontier Strategies

These conversations equip the next generation of conservative women with the education and confidence they need to lead. By tuning in, you’ll not only stay informed, but also see firsthand how NeW is shaping tomorrow’s leaders.

Subscribe to The Conservative Woman’s Guide wherever you get your podcasts, so you never miss an episode and consider sharing it with the young women in your life.

As students have now returned to campus this fall, NeW is equipping them with the tools they need to thrive. One way we do this is through,You’re Not Alone: The Conservative Woman’s Guide to College, written by Karin Lips, president and founder of NeW. This book is filled with practical tips, encouragement, and real stories that help conservative women navigate college with confidence and courage.

This book is more than a resource; it’s a window into the challenges conservative women face on campus and how NeW prepares them to lead. By sharing this guide with the young women in your life or by supporting NeW’s mission, you are investing in the next generation of principled leaders.
