*Acceptable Identification – Final Rules Adopted – Effective Nov. 8, 2025*

 

On Oct. 8, 2025, during its regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:

 

The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) to amend WAC 314-11-025 [ [link removed] ] and WAC 314-55-150 [ [link removed] ]. The changes include the additions of the federal Global Entry card and federal Permanent Resident card (or “Green Card”) as acceptable forms of identification for cannabis customers.
