John,

Ever hear of so-called ‘restorative reproductive medicine’? According to The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, it’s “unproven” and “not a medical term.” [1] Yet that hasn’t stopped anti-abortion leaders from pushing it as an option for people struggling with infertility.

To which we say: absolutely not. Give today to fight against this dangerous push.

Now it’s even being pushed as a low-cost alternative to covering I.V.F. for service members who want to grow their families. [1]

They say they want to help people have more babies then turn around and push bogus ideas instead of verified medical treatments. To save a few bucks. We’re calling them out for this hypocrisy, join us.

And just to be explicitly clear, the push against I.V.F. and for ‘restorative reproductive medicine’ is a backdoor way to fetal personhood, a step towards endowing rights to fertilized embryos.

We believe everyone should be able to grow their families with whatever methods they see fit, including I.V.F. Don’t you agree?

Sincerely,

Shireen Shakouri
Executive VP and Chief of Staff, Reproaction

P.S. Access to I.V.F. is a crucial part of a reproductive justice. Don’t let them curtail our options. Give today to stand up.
