Last week, we received the good news we've been anticipating for so long. The U.S. Supreme Court struck down a Louisiana clinic shutdown law in our case, June Medical Services v. Russo. This is the second time in four years that we've taken a case to the nation's highest court—and won. This decision is an amazing victory for Louisianians and the rule of law.
Just four years ago, we won a case challenging an IDENTICAL Texas law in our case, Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt. The fact that we had to argue the issue in front of the nine justices again shows this fight is far from over.
