Rescues for animals in captivity:
Whether captured by poachers or bred in captivity for entertainment, thousands of animals are brutally exploited by the global wildlife trade.

Thanks to supporters like you, we shut down Indonesia's last dancing monkey training village. We rescued 31 long-tailed macaques who had been forced to undergo cruel training methods, including being hung from a chain to train them to stand up straight. Now they are being rehabilitated, and some are ready to be reintroduced to the wild.
