Plenty to cover today, starting with a troubling court ruling: after
declaring a gun ban unconstitutional, the court bizarrely demanded the
names of members from a pro-2A group involved in the case — a move
that’s raising serious First and Second Amendment concerns.

We’ve also covered several defensive gun uses, including a brutal
assault in which a man was forced to shoot his wife’s ex-husband
with a picture frame still in hand, and two incidents involving armed
women — one who fired warning shots to disarm a violent suspect, and
another who fatally shot her child’s father during an alleged
