Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court is on the line — and so is 2026 & 2028

This sleepy, often-overlooked 2025 Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention election could decide the fate of our democracy — and the electoral future of the Democratic Party.

If we lose this court, MAGA will move to seize control of Pennsylvania: push an extreme abortion ban, redraw the congressional map blood red, and tilt the ‘26 midterms and ‘28 presidential — putting 19 electoral votes at risk in the ultimate swing state.

Republicans just made a shocking breakthrough, and early polling shows Democrats are on track for a catastrophic loss unless we change the math fast. Here’s why the GOP is winning — and how we fight back:

1) Voter registration. Over the summer, the GOP shrank Democrats’ million-vote registration edge to roughly 50,000. If that trend continues, they could overtake us before Election Day (Nov 4).

2) Spending. Right-wing billionaire money is flooding the race, giving Republicans a 10-to-1 cash advantage. That buys them nonstop TV, mail, and digital.

3) Persuasion. With that cash edge, they’re blanketing airwaves and feeds with disinformation while our side is overextended and struggling to go on offense.
