Friend, we’re going to be direct, this is a pivotal time for our campaign and our movement.

We’re in the midst of a government shutdown, with Americans’ health care on the line. It’s part of a broader assault on our economy and our democracy by Trump and the authoritarian right.

At the same time, we are most likely days away from a challenger stepping into the race for Senate. A challenger who will put our progressive values and our entire movement to the test.

And to top it all off, we are now officially in the final FEC fundraising period of the year. That means we are only weeks away from all of our fundraising for 2025 being published for our opponents, the media, and powerful Super PACs to see. They will be looking for any signs of weakness.

So, we are reaching out today to ask for your support as we face these challenges head on: Make a contribution and become a Founding Donor to Ed Markey’s campaign for reelection.

We know it’s a tough time to donate for some. The government shutdown affects millions of Americans directly, and all of us are dealing with the rising cost of living under Trump.
