Commerce receives applications, totaling $182 million, for Homeownership NOFA
Program expect to announce awards in December
The Homeownership Capital Programs Unit received 78 applications totaling $182,183,506 in response to its recent notice of funding opportunity. These projects would create 1,731 homeownership units in Washington.
Commerce has $63.3 million available for this funding round. The program team will review applications this month and anticipate holding applicant interviews in November and making awards in December, although dates are subject to change.
Funding opportunities include new construction funding, affordability subsidy, and down payment assistance programs.
