Dear Friend,

My heart is hammering. After spending three months of the COVID-19
pandemic social distancing, one month centering a national rebellion that
demands we finally end police violence and reimagining public safety, and
July 4th weekend thinking about the rights and freedoms that each and
every person in our nation deserves, I woke up this morning with the
realization that we are just four months away from Election Day. JUST.
FOUR. FAST. MONTHS. 😲😲😲

Every election is a bright new chance for our country. This November, we
can make the most of that chance by ensuring that every eligible mom and
family member votes! But voter turnout doesn’t happen by itself.

Election Day this year, more so than in any election in recent memory, is
going to be complicated by the fact that we’ve been in a pandemic. So
we’re going to need a lot more volunteers than normal to not only remind
people to vote, but also to let people know what options they have to vote
via mail and in-person.  So we’re going to need YOUR help more than ever
getting the word out about voting.
