Earlier this year, in collaboration with Women Enabled International, we recently published an interactive report titled Activists From Strength: What You Need to Know to Be a Disability and Gender-Inclusive Funder. The report shares learnings from more than 35 activists and organizations fighting for gender and disability justice in 10 countries across Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Now available in Arabic, Russian, and English, our report identifies the key challenges facing activists who work at the intersection of gender and disability. Inside, you will also find specific recommendations for funders to support their transformative work. 

We’re deeply grateful to the incredible activists and leaders who lent their wisdom to our report. At a time when the rights of people with disabilities face increased attacks, we are committed to continued investment in the work of frontline movements and activists for justice and equity.
