ICYMI, in the wake of two major court-ordered injunctions protecting members of Firearms Policy Coalition, we recently launched the new FPC Certificate of Membership Status.

By clicking here, members can learn more, instantly verify their membership status, download or print an official FPC Certificate of Membership Status, update their contact info, join, or renew their FPC membership.

As you know, because of the Supreme Court’s Trump v. CASA decision on so-called “universal injunctions,” the government and some courts are limiting relief, sometimes only to named plaintiffs such as FPC and its members. 

What’s more, relief in two recent FPC court victories, Hoffman v. Bonta (CA non-resident carry), and FPC v. Bondi (Post Office Carry Ban) was limited to plaintiffs/FPC members. 

FPC’s President Brandon Combs put it best, though, when he said:

“Our mission has always been to win freedom for all by getting cases to the Supreme Court. But under the Trump v. CASA decision, until the Court delivers nationwide relief, many victories will only be able to protect FPC members. This new FPC Certificate of Membership ensures our people can immediately benefit from the injunctions we’ve fought and won against unconstitutional laws.”
