Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin announced it will pause abortion services starting this month.

Let's be crystal clear: this devastating decision isn't about medicine — it's about politics. It's the direct result of Donald Trump's Big Ugly Bill, which deliberately targets abortion providers by cutting off Medicaid reimbursements.

Here's the reality: Planned Parenthood does not receive Medicaid funding for abortions. What's being stripped away is support for cancer screenings, birth control, and other essential health services.

This is a direct attack on our health care — plain and simple.
