With MAGA controlling the House, Senate, Presidency, and SCOTUS, our state and local Courts are the only thing standing in the way of the full blown implementation of Trump’s violent authoritarian agenda. 

Yesterday, a liberal South Carolina Circuit Court judge who prevented the Trump DOJ from accessing critical voter data, lost her home in a fire that is being investigated as arson following weeks of death threats she received her ruling. 

Our justice system and judges are facing nothing short of a full on assault. If you side against MAGA—there are consequences.

Nowhere is this more apparent than in the upcoming November Pennsylvania Supreme Court Election where MAGA is making history with their unprecedented full court press to seize this court. 

The stakes couldn’t be higher. If the GOP’s lightning blitz is successful they can rig the 2026 and 2028 elections, uphold an extreme abortion ban, and gerrymander out all blue seats on PA’s congressional map. 

Early polling is showing that the situation on the ground for Democrats is dire. We are being out spent 10-1 by MAGA and if the election were held today we would lose. 

There’s still time for Democrats from across the country to turn the tide, we’ve done it before and we can do it again. 

Look at what we did in the 2021 Georgia Senate Runoffs, in the timespan of a month, millions of Democrats from across the country poured in small dollar donations to propel Senators Ossoff and Warnock to stunning victories against all odds.
