Team, Over the weekend, President Trump promised his full support to Ben’s opponent.
Taking this seat back is their top priority, and we have to be ready. Can you chip in $5, $10, or even $25 right now? This is one of the toughest and most critical seats to win in November. Now that the president is all in to defeat Ben -- including directing his millions of Twitter followers to donate to Ben’s opponent -- we can expect an even bigger spotlight on our race. That means even more money pouring in from national Republicans, Trump donors, and special interests looking to buy back this seat for themselves. But Utahns made it clear in 2018: We don’t want a representative who is in the pocket of any party or special interest, and that includes the president. We sent Ben to Congress to be an independent voice for Utahns, and that’s exactly what he’s done. But now that the president has set his sights on Utah’s 4th district and has given his full support to defeating Ben in November, we’re going to have to fight even harder to keep that independent voice.
