Country First Day of Action is back - and with a government shutdown in full effect, there is plenty of action to take.  

But keeping the government open means nothing if it comes at the cost of policies that betray America’s core values. When people lose access to health care, safety programs, and vital public services, they lose faith in a government that’s supposed to serve them which impacts their faith in democracy.

That’s why Country First is taking action.

Join us for a Day of Action this Thursday at 1 PM Eastern, as we contact key members of the U.S. Senate to urge them to stand firm—to demand a funding bill that reflects our values and protects the services Americans rely on every day. 

Let’s send a message: compromise should never come at the expense of our democracy or the people it serves.
