We just received word that a conservative PAC has been sending out mailers to voters in PA containing false information in an attempt to persuade voters to reject the retention of three Democratic-elected justices of our state Supreme Court.

This is just the latest in the massive anti-retention campaign as Republicans aim to install a MAGA majority on our court ahead of the next presidential election.

According to Spotlight PA, the PACs behind these mailers have a deep history of funding and promoting high-profile Republican candidates in PA and have well-established connections to PA’s richest man, Jeff Yass.

This is just one example of the dark money pouring into this race with Election Day less than a month away. But here’s the thing: We are fed up with greedy corporations and billionaires, like Yass, who have rigged the economy and exploited working people, now trying to manipulate Pennsylvania’s highest court.

Our rights and freedoms are at stake this fall. We need all hands on deck to protect the independence of our state judiciary. Please help us ensure voters are accurately informed about this critical judicial election by rushing $25 now →

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is our last line of defense against a MAGA billionaire takeover. We are counting on grassroots support to fight back.
