*_Special Meeting of the Wyoming State Board of Control_*
A special meeting of the Wyoming State Board of Control will be held virtually on October 8, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. The purpose for this special meeting is for the acceptance of two Authorizations to Detach Water Rights.
These Authorization(s) for Detachment of Water Rights are only used in conjunction with subdivision development. They provide an expedient means to get through the subdivision process, facilitate disposal of water rights on lands under development in accordance with statute and furnish documentation to the appropriate city or county that water rights are being addressed.
