The Trump Regime and the GOP have been exhaustive in their attempts to erode our democracy and march our country toward an autocracy.

The truth is, it’s meant to exhaust us. They wish that they could overwhelm us and make it too difficult for us to push back against their wide array of voter suppression tactics.

But we’re energized by — and focused on — our vision of a truly inclusive democracy, where everyone is empowered to exercise their power and leaders answer to the will of the people. Where voting is accessible, where elected officials know they need to deliver on their promises so they can win free and fair elections, and where we are each free to help steer the direction of our nation.

Protecting independent elections is critical to pushing back on the Trump Regime's efforts to drag America into autocracy. If we elect representatives who respect democracy, they can hold the Regime accountable for their abuses of power.

That’s why we won’t give up, no matter what, as the GOP hurls every trick in the book to disenfranchise Black, Latino, Native American, young, rural, and low-income voters before the 2026 midterms.

Fair Fight is working day and night to defend democracy from the Trump Regime's persistent threats, and we’re adding value to these national fights by flexing our grassroots muscle and countering autocratic actions directly on the ground in our local communities throughout the South.
