John, according to experts, the fallout from Donald Trump’s dangerous budget bill – which includes $1 TRILLION in health care cuts – is likely to hit the public sooner rather than later. Combined with the shutdown, the impact on millions of Americans will be devastating. If Republicans allow ACA subsidies to expire:

17 million are already set to lose their insurance by 2034 – and now, 4 million people would lose their health insurance within the next year
ACA insurance premiums will more than DOUBLE
Cuts will disproportionately hurt rural communities and hospitals – increasing uninsured populations in rural states by as much as 37%
John, despite more than three-quarters of the public – 78% – reporting they want Congress to extend ACA subsidies, Donald Trump and Republicans refuse. Despite controlling all three branches, they’re holding the government hostage to make their cuts permanent and needlessly and cruelly rip your health care away.
