Kingston Community Advisory Council - Oct. 8 Meeting
The Kingston Community Advisory Council will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Green Community Center, located at 26159 Dulay Rd. NE in Kingston.

Sewer Rate Presentation: Nick Martin, Senior M&O Manager with Kitsap County Public Works-Sewer Utility, provides an update on moving to a cost-of-service model.

Port Annexation Presentation: Greg Englin, Executive Director at Port of Kingston, will discuss the Port Gamble annexation.
The public is invited to the monthly meeting to discuss important community initiatives and gather public input.

The Kingston Community Advisory Council holds public monthly meetings to provide a discussion forum and enhance communication between Kingston-area residents, businesses and Kitsap County government. KCAC members work proactively to address community issues and concerns. They represent Kingston's broad interests as at-large members appointed by County Commissioners or spokespeople of local organizations including the Port of Kingston, North Kitsap School District, the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce, and Village Green.
