The Olympic Workforce Development Council is awarding contracts to By-and-For Organizations in Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties, with funding up to $24,000.
Selected organizations will:
- Coordinate with Economic Security for All (EcSA) and Community Reinvestment Plan (CRP)-funded contractors, focusing on outreach and recruitment of Black, Latine, Tribal, Asian, Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander participants.
- Co-create local programs that reflect cultural strengths, community priorities, and needs.
Application: Submit via OWDC By-and-For Organization Funding Application by Friday, October 31, 2025.
Notification: Selected awardees will be notified by Friday, November 21, 2025.
