Cannabis Retail Advertising – Informal Comment Period Extended

The Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) is extending the informal comment period regarding Cannabis Retail Advertising through Nov. 7, 2025:

The LCB Filed a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) as WSR 22-18-057 [ [link removed] ] on August 31, 2022 to consider amending WAC 314-55-155 [ [link removed] ] regarding retail cannabis advertising. In addition, Engrossed Senate Bill 5206 [ [link removed] ] was passed by the legislature in 2025 regarding cannabis advertising takes effect on January 1, 2026.
