Last week, New York State denied the request of the Tonawanda Seneca Nation, Tuscarora Nation, and the Haudenosaunee Environmental Task Force for an extension of the comment period for the Energy Plan. So, now we need to use the next few days to submit as many comments as possible to uplift their demands for key protections of their lands, lifeways, and sovereignty.
