When Fleet Farm ignored numerous red flags, including employees’ concerns, and sold guns to straw purchasers who then sold these deadly weapons on the black market, Keith took action. On Friday, a court ruled that his lawsuit against Fleet Farm will move forward.
This means the case will go before a jury of 12 Minnesotans, where Keith will make the case that Fleet Farm must be held accountable for breaking the law and contributing to the gun violence epidemic.
