We’re excited to share the launch of the Nonprofit Protection Project (NPP) — a new initiative from the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley designed to support nonprofits across our region with free legal assistance and governance resources. 

Through the NPP, eligible nonprofits can access: 

✅ Up to 10 hours of pro bono legal consultation 

✅ Targeted trainings & workshops on governance and compliance 

✅ Curated resources to strengthen organizational resilience 

Eligibility: Nonprofits with less than $10 million in annual support, located in or serving Santa Clara County, are eligible for legal consultations and other materials are freely available to any organization. 

Why this matters: Nonprofits are vital to the health of our communities. By providing legal protections and resources, we ensure they can focus on what they do best — serving our region’s most vulnerable populations.
