TDI issues a final order on TWIA’s maximum liability limits

TDI has issued a final order on TWIA’s maximum liability limits.

The approved adjustments apply to windstorm and hail insurance policies delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed on or after January 1, 2026. The adjustments do not affect TWIA's rates.
