The dynamics of the 2020 elections are like nothing we have seen before. While we have witnessed rampant voter suppression in many states, there’s also record turnout for multiple elections. People are fired up to make their voices heard this cycle.  

That means the next few days and upcoming weeks in July are critical for our BNC candidates. Charles Booker was extremely close to winning in Kentucky; he only fell short of victory by 2.5 points in a Democratic primary that brought out more than half a million voters!

Mail-in ballots have caused participation in elections to spike, and that is great news! But it also means we need to reach as many voters as we can between now and election day!

Get out the vote efforts are in full swing for Betsy Sweet (U.S. Senate, Maine), Cori Bush (MO-01), Jen Perelman (FL-23),  Rashida Tlaib (MI-13) and many other candidates in states where mail-in ballots have already dropped or will be arriving for voters in the next few days.

The presidential primary is virtually decided, but Congressional primaries are STILL up for grabs. We have a real opportunity to elect dozens of progressive candidates to Congress, but that means pulling out all the stops.
