Here’s the news: we are officially bringing a Liberty Van to Chicago.

It’s on the way as you read this.

You saw the news over the weekend about the raid on Chicago’s South Shore Drive. Federal agents in military fatigues smashed through doors with flash-bangs, dragged residents into the street in zip ties (some of them naked), and left families outside for hours while apartments were trashed. Eyewitnesses say children were zip-tied together. One agent reportedly laughed and said, “f*** them kids.”

These atrocities need to be captured on camera — to erase doubt in people’s minds about misinformation, and to ensure Americans see what's happening with their own two eyes. Chicago’s first Liberty Van will be singularly focused on broadcasting the truth about ICE’s assault on our communities in real time so that the country may see what is being done in our name — the situation right now is acute.
