Friend,
This last week featured not one,
not two, but THREE Blockbuster news stories that could have a MAJOR
impact on your right to keep and bear arms.
First, after significant legal wins, we launched the
official FPC
Certificate of Membership Status to
address how governments will respond to limited court injunctions and
help members easily prove their
membership!
FPC built this tool to ensure
members can exercise their rights in light of the Supreme Court’s June
2025 Trump
v. CASA
decision, where it held that so-called “universal injunctions” “likely
exceed the equitable authority that Congress has granted to federal
courts.”
It is because of this decision that the government and some
courts are limiting the application of relief, sometimes only to named
plaintiffs such as FPC and its members.
You can read all about why
our Certificate of Membership is so important in light of SCOTUS’s
decision by clicking
here.
But the news doesn’t end there, because FPC also secured a
HUGE WIN when a
federal judge struck down the Post Office Gun Ban in our case,
FPC v. Bondi!
This win is yet another blow to the
anti-gunners' plot to disarm you in public spaces, and we look forward
to building on this success with our many other 2A cases.
And speaking of other cases, one of
our biggest NFA challenges, Brown
v. ATF, is
now fully underway. And the government is due to fire their opening
salvo THIS TUESDAY!
Brown is one of our DIRECT challenges to the NFA,
and our Legal Team is burning the midnight oil to make sure we’re
prepared for anything when the government files its
response.
That’s why Tuesday’s deadline is super important, and we’d
really appreciate any help from you to make sure this case fires on
all cylinders.

Brown v. ATF by clicking
