* BMT Public Scoping Hearings will be held to gather feedback on the Draft Scope of Work (DSOW) for the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), which will assess impacts, alternatives, and mitigation measures. The City will offer two hearing times:
+ In-person- Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 6:00 PM, at the Joseph Miccio Cornerstone Community Center Gym at 110 West 9th Street in Brooklyn.
+ Virtual- Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 4:00 PM, via Zoom.
