The November 4th Pennsylvania Supreme Court Election is life or death for democracy. If Trump topples the 3 Democrats on the court, he will have control of the body overseeing elections in the most important swing state in the upcoming ‘26 and ‘28 elections. Allowing him to outlaw mail-in ballots, prevent Democrat ballots from being counted, or even ban Democrats from being on ballots altogether. 

This would all but secure a third term for Trump and MAGA control of the White House for at least another decade.

Trump and his fascist collaborators are hoping their coup unfolds in the dark, but Defend Our Courts is shining light on this plot.
