John, a bipartisan group of Senators is pushing to designate Russia as a state sponsor of terror after its heinous actions in Ukraine — including the abduction of more than 19,000 Ukrainian children.

These innocent children have been ripped from their families, forced into camps, and subjected to indoctrination. This is state-sponsored terror, plain and simple.
