We are officially one month out from the marquee election of 2025 — and in this contest it is all of us versus the fascist MAGA movement.

Our battleground is the state that has been indispensable to the very founding of our country and the preservation of American freedom and liberty for over 249 years: Pennsylvania. 

Democrats’ 5-2 majority on the state supreme court is responsible for preventing the GOP’s darkest ambitions from ever becoming real: extreme abortion bans, rolling back voting rights, and allowing Trump to steal the presidential election in 2020. 

Without this critical buffer, Pennsylvania would be a right-wing hellscape. That’s why MAGA has been at a fever pitch working to turn this obscure 2025 judicial race into the victory that sets the stage for their biggest ambition yet: Trump 2028.

MAGA has already attempted to abolish mail-in voting, and if they win on Election Day they will be given the green light to steal PA and cheat their way to a permanent victory.

Because the stakes are abnormally high for a judicial retention race, MAGA billionaires are preparing to launch a series of last-minute 8-figure broadsides with ads that deceive, lie, and mislead voters into kicking out all three Dem judges. 

Democrats have been outflanked and outmaneuvered and time is running out to salvage this dire situation. We can’t let these attacks go unanswered. This election is a critical check on Trump’s authoritarian takeover of our country.
