The typically sleepy Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention election has gone nuclear. 

In 31 days Pennsylvanians will vote yes or no on whether to keep or remove the three Democratic justices that make up the Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court’s 3 vote Democratic majority. 

If MAGA successfully removes these justices, a fair election will never be held in Pennsylvania again. Democrats simply won’t win elections here anymore.

Demonstrating how critical these justices are to fair election is the court's recent ruling on mail-in ballots. It is exactly why MAGA has put a target on the backs of each of these justices: 

Because of last Friday’s ruling, voters must now be notified if election officials are going to reject their mail ballots because of an error like an incorrect date or missing signature.

Because MAGA relies on low voter turnout to win elections they are obsessed with eliminating as many votes as they can to sway elections in key swing states like Pennsylvania. Rulings like this pose an existential threat to their ability to win and it's why they are going all out to remove Pennsylvania’s Democratic justices. 

Unfortunately, Democrats underestimated MAGA’s determination to win this election and we are now being massively outorganized and outspent by them. If the election were held today we would lose. 

To ensure that Democrats can continue to win in PA it is imperative that we save this court and with 31 days left until E-Day, time is running out to do it.
