We are working day and night to pass Proposition 50, John. It is critically important that Gov. Newsom’s ballot measure passes — this is the election to decide whether next year’s midterm elections will be fair or stacked against us.

Prop 50 — the Election Rigging Response Act — is our defense against Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans’ gerrymandering scheme to rig Congress in their favor before next year’s elections even begin.

We must pass Prop 50. It’s the only way to stop Trump from stealing seats and silencing millions of Californians before ballots are even cast.

But we officially only have ONE MONTH until Election Day on November 4th. This campaign has been one of the shortest ballot measure campaigns we’ve ever faced, and Republicans have had the advantage with their dark money donors quickly cutting million-dollar checks while we rely on grassroots supporters like you.

If that happens, Democrats could easily win the “popular vote” for control of the U.S. House, but have no real shot at stopping Donald Trump from another two years of Congressional control.
