We covered a range of topics, including the Republican shutdown.

Folks are tired, anxious about our future, and beyond tired with the daily barrage of terrible headlines.

But the overwhelming message I’m hearing from the people I serve is, “Don’t back down.”

And the question I heard the most was some variation of, “What can I do?”

Here’s one thing:
