The U.S. Supreme Court just announced that it will take up a case challenging
a Hawaii law that bans concealed carry almost everywhere.
<[link removed]>



Hawaii’s so-called “carry law” bans firearms almost everywhere—parks,
sidewalks, banks, government property, even private property open to the public
unless a business posts a sign allowing guns. Law-abiding citizens with
permits? Effectively powerless.



This isn’t just Hawaii’s problem. If anti-gun politicians succeed there,
they’ll try the same in your state.



When the Supreme Court issued Bruen in 2022, it confirmed a fundamental truth:
Americans have a constitutional right to carry a firearm for self-defense.
Hawaii ignored it. Its sweeping bans are unconstitutional, dangerous, and
contrary to history.



GOA filed an amicus brief in Wolford v. Lopez, urging the courts to strike
this law down.But we can’t do it alone.
