Recently, I shared a video with you where I talked through the World Health Organization protocol for self-managing an abortion with pills. It’s simple, factual, necessary information empowering to public health.

Guess who won’t let us promote this video online, and has offered us no recourse to appeal? Sign our petition now to tell Facebook to stop caving to anti-abortion conservatives.

Anti-abortion activists are terrified of self-managed abortion with pills because it’s safe, it’s effective, and they simply cannot control it. So it came as no surprise to me to see some anti-abortion activists whining on Facebook that our video needed to come down.

Whether pressure from anti-abortion activists is related to Facebook’s bizarre decision to disallow us from promoting the video is not the point.

Facebook needs to stop favoring conservative speech and hate speech, while blocking messages like ours that are good for public health. Please sign our petition now.
