Hi Friends 👋
It's your local democratic socialist, Bobby Nichols 🩵
You might not know this, but I am running for Tempe city council to make my hometown affordable for every working family, and I need your help!
This Saturday and Sunday, volunteers from around the valley are meeting me outside Brick Road Coffee at 9:00am for a campaign launch, and you, dear reader, are invited to join the team!
It's officially spooky season, so we will be knocking doors to put a scary socialist (me) in Tempe city hall!*
*This is not a joke. As we speak, real corporate developers are shaking in their Gucci Python Leather boots, afraid that "the socialist" won't let them keep building whatever they want, whenever they want, whether working families can afford to live there or not. I wonder what gave them that impression...*
If you like community grocery stores, free public transit, using historically successful social housing programs to eliminate housing insecurity, or any of my other scary socialist policies, come and meet me at Brick Road Coffee this Saturday and/or Sunday at 9am. Volunteers get a union made shirt and a volunteer pressed pin for free!

Remember your sunscreen and water!

P.S. I don't take money from corporate developers or big business, or their lobbyists. So I need your financial support to keep buying the above-mentioned union made shirts and button-making supplies for my volunteer team to press. If you can part with any amount of money, please make a contribution to my campaign at the link below. Every dollar makes a huge difference.
