Our movement is mobilizing like never before to respond to the multiple crises facing our world, but there's so much to do.

That's why SumOfUs is launching a community petition site where anyone, anywhere can start a petition on an issue you care about. This is how we can multiply our impact in the world at a time when our work to protect people from the abuse of corporations is more needed than ever.

This means a good idea -- like calling on your boss to provide protective equipment, or on your mayor to cut ties with the police union -- can reach your whole town, or the whole world, in hours.

And with petitions from just a small percentage of our 15,000,000-strong community, we can go from having a small team of 30 campaigners to 30,000 world-changing leaders! Before we launch this site to the world, we wanted to share this first with our members -- will you give it a try and help us see how powerful we can be together? We also would like to hear any feedback you have.

Think of a petition you'd like to start on any issue -- something impacting your local community, some bad behaviour by a distant corporation, or a global cause that you think other SumOfUs members would care about. Already, so many of our best campaign ideas have come from members -- from forcing Dollarama to protect vulnerable workers to stopping Nestle from stealing water in Michigan. This is a chance to come together and tap into the power of our global community when the world needs it most.
