I was raised to believe I’d be judged by the content of my character. Sadly, with guys like Al Sharpton, there’s only one way to be Black – and that’s to join his party. Well, Rev. Al Sharpton is not going to erase me. I won’t be silent. Michigan is my mission field. Service is my calling.
